  • Unworn, Unused Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Clothing must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to return the product. Drama Calls is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will arrange for a bank transfer or another convenient method for the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
